SERVICES OFFERED & REPAIR TIMES MAIL IN REPAIR: Our AVERAGE turnaround time for all mail-in repair is 2-4 Weeks (15-30 Business Days). This time DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping time to and from our location.
WALK IN SERVICE: Our AVERAGE turnaround time for all walk-in repairs in 1-3 Weeks (5-21 Business Days) - pending part availability. We do offer SAME DAY Service or NEXT DAY Service on many DJ Equipment such as the famed TECHNICS 1200 series turntables, as we generally stock all parts for that model. |

Our newly opened Brooklyn Express Shop in the Williamsburg section, allows you to drop off your equipment for expedited repair. Conveniently located at the foot of the J, M, Z train @ the Marcy Ave stop (1st stop in Brooklyn), you'll be able to get your equipment back quickly and effortlessly. Although the shop is about the size of a NYC apartment, this forces us to turnaround repairs in a much quicker manner - as we don't have the room to store repairs. Of course, because of the small size, we must ask that all customer's pick up their equipment as soon as you are notified of it's completion. Failure to do so, will result in additional storage fees being added to your final invoice. This fee ranges from $2/day up to a maximum of $50/mo. - Sorry, but we need the space! |
