PLEASE NOTE: You MUST fill out a SERVICE REQUEST FORM - in order for us to determine if we can fix your unit. In addition, we will also be able to provide you with a GENERAL ESTIMATE FOR REPAIR - and you can decide whether or not to utilize our services. Once we receive this form, we will respond with a GENERAL ESTIMATE, as well as Packing and Shipping instructions, and where to send your unit.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR UNIT TO OUR OFFICES UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR REPAIR REQUEST - OTHERWISE, YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE REFUSED. In addition, our SHIPPING & RECEIVING location is different from our Service Center - this address is not made public.

* DISCLAIMER: FREE RETURN SHIPPING - We offer free return GROUND shipping on all mailed-in service items. However, there are some restrictions - otherwise we would put ourselves out of business:

  • Item must not exceed 30lbs in weight. An additional fee of $.75 per pound up to 70lbs - will apply to your final invoice for the return shipping. Items in excess of 70lbs will be billed accordingly for the extra weight
  • Freight shipments (90lbs+) will incurr the REAL shipping price, as quoted by our Freight company. We will shop around for the best freight quote, but you'll always have the final decision. (We make no money on shipping charges. We are in the repair business, not the shipping business).
  • We will insure your equipment up to a value of US$500 - you will be responsible for any additional insurance charges.
